The College has recently upgraded its phone answering system to better answer the calls we receive.
The new system asks callers to identify whether they are a member of the public, an Ontario optometrist, a practitioner from another jurisdiction, or a student – and will redirect calls to the appropriate resource or staff.
This new system will give callers the specific information they need and ensure they connect with the right person. Depending on your questions or needs, you may be directed to the website, where more information is available.
