Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC)

The Inquiries Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC), formerly the Complaints Committee, is the statutory committee responsible for the investigation and disposition of complaints and reports filed with the College about the conduct of an optometrist. The Committee is comprised of six professional members, at least one of whom is a member of Council, and four public members of Council.
